6. Have you ever been sent to collection by our homeowner association? If so, please explain.

7. Have you ever received a violation or cease and desist letter from the association? If so, please explain.

8. Have you ever been fined by the association for a violation of the governing documents? If so, please explain.

9. Have you read the association's CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Rules?

10. Have you, a guest of yours, a visitor of yours, or someone that resides in your unit, ever damaged common area property where the association had to request that you make repairs or pay for repairs? If so, please explain.
